2. Purpose of Agreement

In order to register with NetCash Casino the User must be 18 years of age or older. A User may not register more than one unique account with the same credit card information. When registering an account, the credit card holder’s name must match exactly the name of the account. If a User wishes to register more than one account using the same credit card, he / she must send an e-mail request to NetCash Casino with a justifiable reason. Only the User, as the account owner, may operate his/her registered account. Any other person must have the expressed consent of both the account owner and NetCash Casino in order to control a specific account.
If a User has receives winnings to multiple accounts (with the same credit card, address and first/last name), NetCash Casino has the right to investigate the awarding of winnings for up to 30 days before reaching a decision whether to deduct any money from the User owing to it.

5. Language Discrepancies

In case of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Agreement, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

6. Your Representations and Undertakings

You hereby agree that in the event of your winning a jackpot over €50.000 in relation to the slots games on the Site you will grant to NetCash Casino an irrevocable, exclusive and perpetual worldwide right and license, to use your name, photograph and likeness in any media, in connection with the marketing and promotion of NetCash Casino and the website and you will fully cooperate with NetCash Casino’s representatives in such regard.
You are solely responsible for any telecommunications networks and Internet access services and other consents and permissions required in connection with your use of the software and the service.The maximum payout for any one 24-hour period for any one customer is €20.000 in NetCash Casino. 7. Betting & Taxes

NetCash Casino will not disclose details of User’s net winnings. If the User resides in a jurisdiction where his/her winnings are taxable, he / she must, at his/her own responsibility, keep track of those winnings and report them to the proper authorities.

NetCash Casino registers every transaction and bet that is performed on the Website. In case of discrepancies between the data that the User claims to have delivered to NetCash Casino and the data that is stored in our database, the information in our database will be decisive.

8. Membership

NetCash Casino reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time without notice. Any balance in your account will be immediately credited back to your credit card or sent to you by check. In addition, NetCash Casino reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in NetCash Casino account under any of the following circumstances:
If the name on Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to deposit money into the account.

The name on NetCash Casino account does not match the name of the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit or withdrawal.

In the event that your account or a particular subscription is terminated, suspended or cancelled, no refund will be granted, no other credits (e.g. points or tokens) will be credited to you or converted to cash or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your account or anything associated with it (such as points, tokens or Rubies). If your account is terminated or suspended by NetCash Casino, NetCash Casino shall have the right to terminate or suspend any of your other accounts.

9. Unfinished Games

In the event that you are unable or fail to finish a multi-stage game before signing out of the website your credits will be lost.
In the case of Internet interruption during game-play, the game ends automatically. If it’s registered on our game server that you have won the game, the credits will be added to your account.

10. Transactions and Fraud

Each user is fully responsible for paying all money owed to NetCash Casino.

In the case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any charge-back or other reversal of a payment), we reserve the right to block a user’s account, reverse any pay-out made and recover any winnings. We shall be entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud or otherwise unlawful activity, and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall NetCash Casino be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.

11. Declarations by User

You, The User, declare and warrant that:
You are 18 years of age or older.
You are SOLELY and SEPARATELY responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

You will participate in betting or gambling solely on behalf of yourself and not for any business use, or use by others.

You are fully aware that a risk of losing money exists when placing a bet.
The source of the funds used by the User for placing bets is not illegal.

12. Cash Out

We will be entitled to withhold any pay-out or Winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to our satisfaction, in order to ensure that payment of any Winnings is being made to the correct person. For this purpose, we will further be entitled, at our sole discretion, to require that you provide us with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction or otherwise.
All Bonus Credits are for wagering purposes only. No withdrawal will be honored for an amount less than the Bonus. Upon your FIRST withdrawal (regardless of the number of deposits), any amount up to the equivalent value of the Bonus will be deducted from your balance or winnings prior to settlement.
While there is NO LIMIT to the amount a Player can cash out in the casino, there is a maximum amount that can be Withdrawn in one time. For receiving any Withdrawal which is higher than € 3,000, an amount of € 3,000 (or the corresponding amount in the currency of payment) will be paid to you once a month, upon your Withdrawal request, until the full amount of your Withdrawal request is paid. In the event of any dispute regarding a Stake or Winnings, our decision will be final and binding.

In the interest of fair gaming, you must wager at least twenty (20) times your Bonus and Deposit before making any cash outs.
A player may make only one withdrawal of any winnings earned per Bonus and / or Deposit.
A player may make only one withdrawal of any winnings earned using a First Deposit Bonus, and this withdrawal is limited to a maximum amount € 1.000. Any remaining winnings will be deleted from the player’s account, upon making this one-time withdrawal request up to such maximum amount.
Only twenty-five percent (25%) of the amount of credits that are collected through wagers with a low risk like for instance Wheel of Fortune, all types of Video Poker, Roulette, French Roulette, all types of BlackJack, Caribbean Poker, Baccarat and Craps is considered to be valid wagers in connection with the Cash Out requirements of NetCash Casino.

If you request a cash out before having met the requirements, we reserve the right to void your bonus and winnings.
(Bonus) Credits added to a casino account for which NO deposit was required have to be wagered at least 40 times before a cash out request can be considered.
Because NO purchase is required, and the winnings returned could be sizable, the total winnings on all No-Deposit Bonuses are limited to €100 maximum. Should the player win in excess of €100 the excess will be removed from the players account. Winnings will be transferred to the players casino account as Bonus credits on top of the First Deposit Bonus. A transfer of winnings built up using the No-Deposit Bonus will be made only if the player makes a First Deposit of at least 50 Euros. Minimum (bonus) wager requirements apply.
A Bonus received through a promotion code for which NO purchase is required, the bonus has to be wagered at least 40 times and a minimum of 100 bets must have been placed before a cash out request can be considered. The total winnings on all promotion code bonuses are limited to €100 maximum. Should the player win in excess of €100 the excess will be removed from the players account before fulfilling the cash out request. A cash out request will be considered only if the player makes a First Deposit of at least 50 Euros. Minimum initial bonus wager requirements and minimum deposit requirements apply.
In case a registered player receives bonus credits, a cash out can be requested only if the player made one or more deposits to his players account.
The minimum amount for a cash out request is €35.

13. No Warranty

NetCash Casino makes no warranty that the software or services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the software or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials or as to results or the accuracy of any information obtained by you through the services.
In the event of systems or communication errors, bugs or viruses relating to account settlement or other elements of the services or resulting in loss of data by you or any other damage to your computer equipment or software, NetCash Casino shall in no way be liable to you and NetCash Casino reserves the right to void all games or winnings in question and take any other action to correct such errors saves that NetCash Casino is not required to provide any back up network and / or systems or similar services. In the event of errors, we will have the right, but not the obligation, to (temporarily) remove or disable any relevant games from the software and the website and take any other action to correct such errors.
